I realized after filling my tire up twice in one day that there was a small screw in rear back tire. I called Discount Tire in Carmel and they told me to bring it in. I was there 30 minutes later. An overall excellent experience, I have had trouble with a high-speed vibration and a previous garage was not able to balance my tires to satisfaction. I worked with Kevin and Tristan at the front desk, who Absolutely define great customer service. My 2020 Toyota tundra has zero vibration or shaking now I am very appreciative and will be doing all my tire business at discount tire here on out.

Kevin at the front desk provided incredible service through the entire process. The first interaction via phone was easy, he ordered the tire I needed and then sent me an easy link to complete the payment process. This Discount Tire branch has been great price-wise for as long as I’ve been coming here (over a decade)… but folks like Kevin and Scott in customer service are what keep me coming back…

Competitive pricing gets you in the door but the customer service led by Michael is what brings you back. I had a minor issue that he caught wind of AND CONTACTED ME to make it right. That’s customer service we don’t often see anymore Side note: they can do the larger dish wheels that many places can’t and they also install wiper blades at a reasonable price point! I will be using them again.

Guys in the shop hype each other up to get their work done and blast good music. Kevin is great to work with at the front desk. Great work environment from what I saw. I highly recommend this location if you want to be in and out quickly and have a good experience!!
